How do I connect model 69305 to a two line well system

Harbor Freight-Would have helped to tell us what brand! That has a 1" in and out. You have a jet foot valve with a 2 pipe system. Cannot use this type of setup. You need to pull the old pipes out, connect a new single pipe and foot valve (you may be able to use one of the old pipes and the foot valve). This is a shallow well pump, 26 ft. max lift, "Not suitable for potable water" according to their website, What are you going to use this for?

Sounds like you are trying to replace a deep well jet pump with a shallow well variety. As ma states, it can be made to work, but at no more than 25 or so feet. I imagine that if such a setup would work, then that is what you would presently have. I would think you will need to get a deep well pump such as this:
