    Washer/dryer Problem
    Hi
I have recently moved my washer/dryer and now the drying programme doesn't work - I keep getting an error message. I think it may be because the hose pipe doesn't go far enoughdown the external pipe. Sorry I'm not a plumber as you can see so I hope you understand what I mean.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Michelle

    Good morning Michelle,
Even though they are bundled together a washer and dryer are still two separate appliances. The hooked discharge hose from the washer has no effect on the dryer operation. I wish I could help but it looks like you need a appliance repair man instead of a plumber. Labman can you help this lady? Good luck, Tom

We need more details. Is this a single unit the both washes and dries? Is the hose, the one the water runs out of when done into a drain pipe?
