Ok. I hate to answer a question with questions but...

When you talk about the customer signing the link. Do you mean they sign it physically in your store or you want the signing to happen somehow on your site?

It could be as simple as scanning the signature, editing one image and uploading it to your site.

Does your site have any server-side languages available like PHP, ASP, Ruby, or Python? (most do)

    Thank you for your response.
I Have a online store' I want to have a chain going across my web page.So when people
Buy from my store their name or initials will be placed in a link of the chain crossing the page.
I'm not sure if there's any server side languages. I'M new to computers still learning.
    Thank you

If you have an online store, where people can order/buy/pay online, then you have some server-side language in combination with a database in use. You might inquire with your hosting company or the person that setup your site about what languages are in use.

In order for this to work as you want, you will need a way to pull recent order information from the database and then display that info on your page over a background image that looks like a link.
