No hot water to mixer shower ], have changed the cartridge, runs warm for a bit then stone cold!! Hot water to all other areas of the house

Shut off your main, remove that cartridge, cover the opening of the valve body with a towel and have a second person open and close the main. Reinstall the cartridge and open the main. This blows out any debris. Let me know if that helps the issue
