I hope someone could help me I'm a little worried I have screwed up. I been sober for 10 years and I slipped up on Sunday night I consumed a 375ml bottle of baccardi gold and 1 beer, my last drink was around midnight. I had a drug test for parole wednsday at 4. I was wondering if anyone could help explain my drug panel it says, 563-5 DRUG PANEL on my receipt would it show EtG testing also?

They generally test for everything, including ethanol.

But is there a way to tell if it's a EtG test or a regular alcohol test that only goes back 12 hours

It would be a waste of time to run a test that only goes back twelve hours in a situation such as this. They aren't checking for a bus driver that was suspected of drinking or being under the influence on their previous shift that has no other prohibitions for consumption on their free time... Count on it being a proper ETG test.
