It takes place in a jungle and there is a guy who doesn't use guns at all. But in the end he has to use to save some people.

Also in one scene a girl warns about a river saying that there is some kind of animal in the river and once it connect to penis you have to cut it to save the body.

I watched this in 2009 or 2010 and it was a new/recent movie back then

Surprised me too. I thought it was a lot more recent. In fact, when you said you watched in 2010 I thought, damn, can't be it, it's more recent than that.

But the lake scene where she warns him about the fish, is classic. That and the monkey scene. Love it! :)
