Takes place on a train. There are some convicts in the train and somehow they take over the train and start killing passangers. They simply shoot them or throw them out to cliffs. There is a pregnant woman and because of stress she starts to deliver the baby and one of the most fierceful convicts helps her deliver the baby even though others criticize him.
I watched this at least 10 years ago.
