New faucet October 2015 have never had any pressure on hot water side. Pressure has never been outstanding in house but almost none on hot side. Checked shut offs have pressure in bathroom laundry room and dishwasher.

INS10205 moen model new very low pressure on hot side checked for obstructions and debris. Pressure decent throughout house except at hot water side kitchen faucet.

Did you check flow through the angle stop? If it is open and good flow, you probably have some debris in the hot side orifice of the cartridge.
