I have recently had an AICD Implant and they don't want me to have current
    Shock , because of it.

I have Pulled the 220 plug Outside the Home and Thrown the Breaker inside.

The fact that it may be powered up doesn't mean any exposure to you. If that were the case, don't turn on your TV or use the microwave over. They are concerned about a shock, so just don't go inside the unit.

Unless you have received specific instructions otherwise then nothing in your home poses a threat under normal circumstances. Normally an ID warning card is issued after a device implant and has a number to contact the manufacturer for technical questions such as yours.

Turning a breaker off/on is probably okay, but poking around your furnace is NOT. Verify with the manufacturer of your transplant.
