For about 5 days now she has been panting and all the time and I don't think she is hot becase it is quite cool in our house.
She has also been sniffing her bum as if something is there but there isn't. She is not pregnant either.

What do these syptoms mean? Could this result in that she is sick or is there nothing wrong with her?
Im worried about why she is acting like this.

Maybe some type of poisoning? But she needs to see a DR.

Could she be pregnant? Or have a pyometria? Either way... vet's the only real answer.

It is almost impossible for even a professional to tell what the problem is from your brief description. Get her to a vet tomorrow. Otherwise you risk a very sick dog and outrageous weekend rates.

Long, Long ago a dog showed up on my doorstep doing the same thing...
The next morning she was still there but had company - 8 puppies!!

The only way to really know what's happening to your dog though is to take her to the vet. Obviously something is bothering her.
It could be any number of things causing those symptoms.

Labman is right too, call the vet tomorrow because the weekend rates will rob your bank account.
