I am trying to trace someone from the 1960s who lived in Paris.

I am trying to contact someone from the 1960's. I obviously know what her name was then and her address in Paris. I am sure she will have married and moved from the parental home. Should I contact the occupant of old the address to see whether they may be able to assist.
