    Hello!
    This is my first post
    My Start Menu "All Programs" won't show the menu. Any kind soul please help

    Right click start /properties/ start menu/ customize /advanced/system admin. Tools/ check the middle box

    Try typing this in the Run dialog (Start button, choose Run)

    Regsvr32 /i shell32.dll (press ok) Reboot.
