I am from India and I am working on a J1 visa that has a treaty for no tax for two years. I have used 15 months of that treaty. But now it have finalized that I will be working for more that two years.

So I have decided to not sign the treaty for 2016, and I want to pay and file the taxes for 2014 and 2015.

I need help in filing my taxes including federal and state taxes.
