I have a electric intetherm furnace that works well in the day time but it doesn't turn on at night. When I try to turn it on at night it just clicks. Does anyone know what to do before I buy a new blow motor?

It isn't the motor if it works sometimes. Are you sure the thermostat isn't set back and in Hold?
Is your stat running a program? Does the stat show a clock, if so is the time correct?
It never works to just buy parts and install them any more. Always check parts out with a meter before buying new ones. It sounds like a timer problem in the thermostat, like PM switched for AM.
I agree with the Doc, check your stat programming before you get into changing out parts. At least verify the blower motor is the problem which is VERY doubtful at this point. Got an instruction sheet for that thermostat?
Sounds more like a relay but as said an ohmmeter is really the only way to diagnose this problem.
