I am 31 weeks pregnant. I had some indigestion last night after eating bean/ham soup. I was having sharp pains in the top of my stomach. I got up to go to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I also vomitted quite a bit. After vomitting the pains in my stomach went away. I am still queasy this morning, my body hurts, I have a slight headache. I am also still having some diarrhea. Should I just rest and continue drinking water? I am holding the water but absolutely do not want to eat.
