Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me out with this question. I am using outlook express for my e-mails. I am having a problem sending the mail I can receive emails with no problems. I do have Windows XP. Can you please tell me how I can correct this problem.

Check that your mail settings are correct.
Incoming is normally POP.whatever.com
OUTgoing is normally SMTP.whatever.com

Are you getting any error messages when you try to send?
What account is ths for, webmail or ISP based ?

The more information you give the better we can help.

If you don't tell us what problems you are having is hard to help. You say you can't send mail. WHY? What happens when you try? Is it all mail or just some. Did it ever work?
