The movie I am looking for was either in the late 1980's or early 1990's. There was a couple who were married and I think they split up and date other people to make each other jealous. The woman starts to notice she is getting older and decides to get plastic surgery to look younger. And I think at the end he had got plastic surgery too and they get back together.
