When I was lying suddenly it felt like everything was spinning violently even though I tried to close my eyes it continued , I then felt a bit nauseous, walked around a bit, tried to puke and then got the same spinning feeling when I bent my head. Afterwards when I went to bed, and turned on my side it started again. I also feel a bit weak.

Could be low blood sugar, drunk, heat stroke, and the list goes on and on and on.
