Hi I have just been breached by probation for being intoxicated and verbally abusive I am up in court am I facing prison please

It depends on what the judge rules, not just about the breaking of probation, but any additional charges your behavior has brought you. Could you go to jail... most certainly!

We can't answer that, the judge will. However, better control of substance abuse would have obviously prevented this. Little too late to ask questions like this AFTER the fact.

Drunk and disorderly get you jail time on its own in many places... without a parole or probation violation.
