On our house there is a main water pipe the goes to ac cooler it has cracked pipe and has been leaking for a day or so I have tried to look for a turn off valve but can't seem to find it and need help can't afford plumber to come out.

Sure you are not talking about a drain, never saw an air conditioner in a house that was run with water. Commercial units with a cooling tower yes, not a house. Swamp cooler perhaps? Mounts on your roof? Show us the unit.

It is probably Condensation pipe... Is it white PVC plastic pipe ?
Or would it be a Swamp Cooler ?
