Time for another test and make sure you follow the instructions exactly.

In about a week take the test again. Two weeks after a missed period the hormones that the home pregnancy test test for are high enough to be detected.

To add to what was already said... sore boobs are normal at this point in your cycle for most women if you are late for ANY reason.

Also, when you test again. Do it first thing in the morning, with the first urine of the day for a much better test. If your last test was mid day or evening, you could even try another one, in the morning, and if negative, do it again at 2 week late.

It's a week and 4 days now I still haven't seen my period. I was suppose have my period 21st of October. My breast is killing and the nipples and sometimes fells cramping these are the only symptoms right now.I don't know if I should take the test again now or wait still.

You can test, if negative, you will just have to test again,

Again, in general missing a period is often the first sign, many other signs are in later months

Edited entry due to my having confused a date:

A test properly taken now will be effective for most women. (there are a few who simply do not test positive until well into their first trimester).

You could go to your doctor and have a blood test done if that results in a negative. Its more sensitive and accurate.

If you were supposed to have your period October 21 and you missed it, you are well over a month late. Testing, using first morning urine, should be fairly accurate by now.

Unfortunately, there is little that you can do early on. Some spotting or light bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy, but it is wise to have it checked out. Time to contact a midwife or OB to start on your prenatal care.
