My boyfriend got arrested for a violation. He has picked up another charge but its still pend OK ng. Is there anyway to get the warrant lifted? There's no court date set at this time. Can it be possible to have it lifted?

His attorney can file request to withdraw it. His attorney can file a motion for a hearing, so he can go before the judge.

Without a lawyer he may be a dead duck.
