My son's mother is moving 2 hours away but in the same state. Does she have the right to move without consulting me? This takes away from my visitation rights, because I only get him every other weekend.

There is usually something mentioned in the custody agreement on moving. Call your lawyer if you cannot find anything stipulated about moving in your final decree
