After excessive vomiting, will the EtG level be affected, or reduced more quickly?
I drank heavily for a few days, then went into serious alcohol withdrawal, which included 2 days of sweating, trembling and excessive vomiting. I then wound up taking a test 3 days later. I was wondering if I am safe and if the vomiting would have helped to get rid of the EtG

No, this will not have any effect on the test. But is a sign of serious issues and it appears you need professional help to beat the addiction.

You definitely need professional help. The little person in your head who is asking the question is not capable of getting the job done. "The Road Back" is Shorter, if you Start today.

If you are suffering from such severe withdrawals, you drank heavily for more than a few days. It's time to get yourself into treatment.

I agree with everyone else. If this isn't a HUGE flashing NEON sign screaming "I need help now" then nothing is.

Vomiting may empty your stomach, but not what's in your urine, or blood.
