I hurt really badi-in my right hip I v been in several wreaks-i cant sleep on my right side cause of all the pain what could thid be ?

Have you been to a doctor or chiropractor?

If you were in several wrecks, someone should have suggested you see a doctor. No insurance company involvement?

Just ONE thing it can be is scar tissue pressing on nerves (assuming the 'wrecks' were some time ago, and you aren't bleeding inside, or have any cracked bones).

I broke a finger 15 years ago, and just in the last 2 years grew a lot of lumpy scarring around the break, under the skin. You can grow smaller scar tissue (adhesions) around joints especially, that you can't see. Go to a doctor for Xrays or an MRI.

I hurt in both shoulders and both hips, and have a variation on a feather bed (better, I think) that only cost me $15 from amazon - a 29" wide air mattress, that I put on top of my bed, but with only about 1/4 air in it. It feels SO GOOD to rest on squishy air. You have to keep adjusting to get it just right for you, so get an electric pump.
