    Need help with well tank
I have a Utilitech Diaphragm tank. I had a house fire back in April so there has been no power. The home is replaced the electric turned back on... when I turned the water on in the home the pressure is really low. At first I had water in the kitchen faucet now it's just a drip. The toilets fill up fine but all the faucets have low pressure. The pressure gauge stays at 30, what do I do?

    Thank you

Do you have the same low pressure at the bathtub spout? Trying to make sure there hasn't been a situation where crud has restricted the aerators on the other faucets. The tub should have none. Or an outside faucet.

Is there a water outlet on the tank? Or near... have you checked water there.

My thought, tank is fine, but there is sediment or some blockage at a filter coming out of the tank. Or into the house

"The pressure gauge stays at 30". 30 is low. Is the pump running and can't get above 30 or is the pump off at 30? OR is the gauge always at 30?

Check the aerators on the faucets.

Replace the pressure gauge. It is nearly impossible for the pressure to stay dead-on 30# at all times.
