I, a widower of a 16 year old boy, recently married a young woman from the Philippines. We never consummated the relationship. She told others she was only here for the green card and could not stand being with me. Eventually she had me arrested on phony charges of domestic assault. Then she maed up other allegtions, extremely sexual abuse type ones, and had a restraining order put on me. This deprived me of my home, my family and my business as I work out of my house.

She knew what to do to get her ends met.

I have filed a report with USCIS & ICE but they seem to be doing nothing.

Immigration will not help you. Write to your congreesman, Senator and demand help. Get an attorney to file an annullment. Write letters to everyone. You cannot be afraid. Immigration will treat you as you are the bad one. You must also find support groups in your state. You can write me at [email protected] and I will help you more.

Send numerous letters to your congressman, senator, immigration. Find an attorney to help you. Immigration is not interested in your issue. Don't be afraid. Don't be ashamed. Many Americans are going through this and the immigration dept will not help you. They will not give advice to you.

You are going to need to hire a attorney and fight this in court,

If her name is not on the home, you file to get her out, you get a court order for possession of your business files and get them out of the house and take them to where you are at and do business,

You need a local attorney who will help you gain back what you can, and also fight the criminal charges

I married a woman from Morocco and brought her to America all she wanted to do was to come here she walked out of my apartment and took our daugther and had a baby with another man. She took me to family court for child support which I was giving her but she told them that I was not giving it to her even the man she is living with say that I gave it to her but the court made me give her 2500.00 and did not want to see my proof that I gave it to her. Now that I lost my job they are making me pay her 500.00 a month and I can't without a job. I am in the process of getting a new job but court is going to suspend my license the only thing I need to get a job. My ex is in this country without a passport and her visa expired I with through all the papers I made for her to come here she is here now illegally. I want to know if there is something that I can do to get her back in her country. If there is any help I would appreciate it from anyone that can help thank you

I am going through the same thing marriege fraud. I have question. Do you have to live together during the time of you marriege to be eligible for green card?

Bill sorry to hear that my ex wife had me put in jail for threatining all phony alligations. I also contacted USCIS & ICE. But i have evidence that we did not live together during most of our marriege. They want more proof. My ex wife also filed a joint tax return without my concent. Im waiting for IRS to investigate there telling me that she has the right to file taxes beause we were married at the time. Which is bull she does not have the right i did not live with her also i did not give her permission. Im going to keep fighting you need to find mo0re evidence the law here stinks. Just try to find something.

Just be patient and hang in there bro my ex tried to hang me in court the day I went for restraining order but it back fired on her and it got dropped.
