If can't remember the password, and you don't have the e-mail account to retrieve the password, then there is very little you can do.

You can try to talk to Yahoo support, they MAY be able to take your IP and match it to the IP that created the account, thus proving that it is your (or someone in your household's) account.

But I doubt that will happen, It's lost, sorry.
