I went to court and the judge set up a court ordered visitation schedule and my aunt agreed to supervise them. She is no longer available to supervise due to an emergency. I filed for an emergency hearing to change the supervisor. Will the judge hear my case if its not life threatening to the kids.

If the judge originally agreed to a supervisor, and there is a need to replace that supervisor the judge should listen. As long as the proposed supervisor meets the court's requirements there shouldn't be an issue.

Whether, and how soon, the judge will allow an emergency hearing also depends upon the judge's schedule.

Is there someone that is going to step in in your aunts place? If not then it may take longer. If someone is willing to replace her right away then a judge should move quickly to approve it so long as the person has been vetted in the manner the courts approve of.

Yes. The emergency hearing would afford the judge and opposing counsel the chance to engage in such a vetting process. The substitute supervisor should be there for the purpose of answering questions under oath, and perhaps also to be instructed on how to conduct the supervision.
