    Noisy water pipes!
Can someone please tell me why the pipes between my toilet and the water tank in the attic vibrate noisily when I flush the toilet,(the pipes are silent when all other appliances are used)?
    Thank You

    Hello Vhenzy,

First, CLOSE the valve under the toilet. All the way. Then OPEN it all the way. See if the noise and vibration continues.
If the noise doesn't stop, lift the lid and look in side. There is a FILL VALVE ( a tube that lets water IN, usually on the left side ). It probably has debris in it. Turn water Off, remove top of the fill valve, clean it under running water and reinstall. Turn water back ON and see if the noise continues.

    Back to you

    Milo
