I have very low water pressure to everything in the house. What could be causing

How long has it been low, both hot and cold?

Do you have a hose valve outside the house ? When you turn it ON, do you get good flow / pressure ?

Pressure or volume? Could be a bad PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve), clogged older galvanized supply pipe to house. Do you have a whole house filter or a water softener?
