You may have debris inside the faucet, remove the cartridge turn on the water for a few second to flush out the debris now install the cartridge and see if it worked, Thanks.

Upto,
Have you tried removing the areator?
Yes.. I replaced the wand (is that the same as the aerator?)
Was your pressure low for both hot and cold?
Yes.. both. Water pressure if fine everywhere else in the house.
Update... I took out the cartridge, turned on the water and there is LOTS of water coming out (from the handle where the cartridge goes in). I put the cartridge back in and.. still.. NOTHING :(
Is it pull-out spout ( handle with hose ) or does it have Fixed spout ( no hose ) ?
Also, did you CLEAN AERATOR ? ( the device mounted on top of the tip of the spout ). If not, unscrew it, run water w/o it and see if you get good flow. Clean aerator under running water.
If you have pull-out spout with hose, than there is a check valve where hose attaches to the body of the faucet under the sink. That could be clogged with debris.
Moreover, unscrew handle and look inside the handle. There is another filter screen that can be clogged up

Thank you Milo!
This is the faucet that I have:

Yes.. cleaned out the aerator (the little mesh piece).
I'm on the lookout for the "check valve"... stay tuned!
I would first remove the handle and tried to run water through the hose only. That will point you to the location of the problem

Milo,
I did take off the handle and removed the cartridge and turned the water back on. There is LOTS of water pressure (as it was shooting out of where the cartridge goes in). Is that what you meant?
Unscrew spray handle, run water through the hose without spray handle attached. Let me know if you get good flow
