I just adopted a cat from the shelter and he is very congested and sneezing a lot. A lot of the other cats at the shelter had the same thing and I know it's pretty common among shelter pets. I have a vet appointment for him on Monday but is there anything I can do over the weekend that might make him more comfortable? Right now he's quarantined from my other cat because I know URI's can be really contagious if that's what it is. He has plenty of food and water but he sounds so miserable when I go in to see him. Any ideas would be helpful. Otherwise we just wait for the vet.thanks
