    Can someone explain how my wife show no symptoms of HPVwhen we have been having unprotected sex for years and I am positive for HPV types 6 and11?

    Hi,

    A lot of the strains of HPV do not show symptoms but can lead to cancerous results. Are you having a genital warts outbreak?

    Does your wife have yearly PAP smears? Many times there are no symptoms until it is too late.
