Call the Department of Homeland Security. Remember to take down names of who you talk to, times, dates, and a brief description of your conversation(s). It's invaluable for follow-up.

If they come in a space ship, most aliens are reported to either the Air Force or Enquirer magizine. Most are found around trailer parks for some reason and esp those with Elvis collections or pink famingos in the yard.

If you are talking about illegal aliens from other countries, you can call INS but don't expect them to really do anything about them, even after we used to arrest them, the INS would not even put a hold on them, so they would be bailed out or released after serving some time in jail.

If the INS really wanted to get them, don't you think they could go to the parking lot of every home depo today and get bus loads of them, or into god only knows how many sweat shops around the US. Most are known to local police and often the INS,
There are a few raids done every year, but in general there is first no INS in most small town america and they don't have a budget or the INS judges to hear the cases if they actually started rounding them up.

Look at the border, the US government does not want to close it, if they did, we would have armed soldiers on the border, both political parties want the border open because it is good for votes,

So honestly call and report them if you want, but make sure it is a toll free number if not, you have just wasted the call, don't expect them to do anything

In some areas like Nashville and a few other cities, they have asked the federal government to allow them to at least deport the ones that they arrest, but the cities are having to fund the holding and the court for these people. And that is only IF the government gives them the permission to do this.
