    Missing periods
Hello.. . I'm 47 and I haven't had my period for over 3 months now. My last period was in July. I have done two pregnancies test each month and they came bk negative. I'm just concerned about my weight. I do eat less and do 40 minutes cardio on the treadmill everyday but my weight continues to go up. Is this part of signs of going through the changes and will the weight gain ever stop?

It very well could be related to menopause, but it would be wise to check with your gynecologist to rule out any other cause.

Weight gain is common for many women with changes associated with menopause. Sometimes you have to work harder at maintaining or losing weight than you would normally.
