I need to replace the plastic film on the inside of a GE space maker microwaves window

I don't see how you can. The outer and inner film are applied in ways designed to not leak microwaves! Plus, looking at mine, the film itself appears to be a very specialized material; 'plastic' perhaps, but there are countless kinds.
