Can my landlord evicted me without a court order
It depends on where (what state or country) you are in, but the landlord is severely limited in those things he or she can do without a court order. The landlord can give you a notice to quit, and generally then must take you to court.
If you landlord wants you out... do yourself a favor and find another place. It's a matter of time before they either evict you (as is the case many places) because they usually will win the court order (they do own the property) or they make you want to leave on your own.
The devil is in the details. All the ones you didn't take the time to give us.
I will answer this two ways. (first of course where you live matters, and the type of rental)
But... there are 1000's of illegal evictions every month, where you come back and everything you owned is thrown out and/or the locks are changed. At that point you would have to go to court, (which may be hard if you have no money)
Legally, yes they have to get a court order,
