    Can it happen?
I'm 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Should I be able to feel my baby when I lay on my stomach? And how big should he/she be? All the women in my family who were pregnant it took less then 9 months for the baby to be born. It usually takes the women in my family an average of 7 or 8 months? So should I be able to feel my baby? And how big would it be knowing they grow faster in my family?

At 10 weeks your baby is about 1 1/4 inches long, the size of a kumkwat. No, you shouldn't be feeling it when you lay on your stomach.

At this stage babies are developing their organ systems and are not yet gaining weight.
