    Bathroom Drywall
Can someone please tell me what type of drywall I can leave exposed and just paint over? I have a stand up shower with a glass door, so I'm only concerned with doing the walls outside the stand up shower.

OUTSIDE the shower/tub area you can use regular... but I suggest getting greenboard. It's a LOT more moisture resistant and doesn't cost much more. Because its subject to a lot of moisture exposure in the bathroom.

A MOLD PROOF drywall or a PAPERLESS type of drywall is the choice for "wet areas" nowadays. Depending on your location, you'll go to home depot, Lowe's, or menards and ask the people at the contractor's (or Pro) desk what they carry for bathrooms... it will be one of the above. Heck, I'd even be surprised if you could find green board nowadays!

Dens Shield wall board is another type of wall board recommended for bathrooms...if sold in your area this is the best for your application.

    Good luck!
