    Dishwasher alone to drain?
I switched to a single sink and have two drain pipes. I want the dishwasher to go to it's own drainpipe. (I could go to disposal and cap the other drain but I like the idea of a separate drain for dishwasher better) Any way to do this? (no parts to cap trap tail?)
    Thanks

If you still have the trap on the second drain, they sell a Fernco adapter that you can fit over a short piece of poly pipe and then hook up the DW drain hose to that.

If Mardog returns I would like to present my thoughts on this. Mardog, you around?

" the idea of a separate drain for dishwasher better" I think the OP does not understand that those two pipes come together inches inside the wall.
