    They test you, like every other probation program.. if you fail they violate you. Don't drink.. avoid products, deodorant, hand sanitizer, mouthwash, medicines and food that have or had alcohol in them... you have to make the effort because NONE of them are an accepted excuse for a fail.

    It can vary for why you are on probation and the order from the courts. If you are on probation for shoplifting, most likely they may not test you. If you are court ordered not to drink then any use could fail you. Also you will need to watch what you use at home, hair products and other things may cause failures.

    If you are on probation you will receive a document you have to sign that outlines the specifics of YOUR responsibilities that you must comply with.
