We just recently changed pressure tank and well pump but the psi won't get above 20 and the tank won't fill.

Is the pump in the well or above ground?
Who did the work, you or a contractor?
Is the pump cutting off at 20, or does it just continue to run but can't get above 20?
Why did you put in a new pump? What problem were you trying to fix?
