Kenmore elite 630 dishwasher won't power on after diagnostic test was preformed. There is power to the unit as it will still enter diagnostic mode but no lights go on when on/off button is pushed. I cannot run a cycle.

Get a good meter and you will be able to diagnose it. I suspect that you have some bad capacitors on the circuit board like all the others failing the same way. They have had a problem with bad capacitors in Taiwan since the late 1980s when they thought a stolen formula from Japan for making them was right, but they did not have the final secret step, resulting in disaster time delayed for years.
