About three weeks ago a dog showed up on my front door step, he was very playful and hungry so I took him in and took care of him. The first week I had him his right eye was starting to look like he was going blind, and he would throw up every other day. I just kept a good eye on him and examined him everyday. After about another week his eye was getting its color back and he was fine. Well today he has been throwing up everywhere and also peeing and pooping everywhere. When he walks it looks like he is off balance. I gave him a little bit of children's Pedialyte and also gave him a bath because he was filthy. Now he is just being really lazy and I'm getting even more worried. Please help me.

From what you have told us so far you should take this dog to the vet if you plan to keep him. Sounds like he has some type of infection.

The dog should have had a vet visit before you took it in. Now, you need to find out what's wrong. If you have other pets, make sure they are checked out too if the dog has anything contagious.

The off balance thing may be an ear infection, or worse. Sadly we can't diagnose online, not even a vet can do that and there are no vets on this site, or any other.

If you plan to keep this dog you should schedule a vet appointment for a full physical, and shots as well. Dogs that are abandoned are not dogs that were well cared for. He needs to be seen by a vet, even if he weren't ill, which he obviously is.
