If you're arrested on a parole warrant and then released on a monitor can they release you if there is a blue warrant from your probation active

Not sure your location. All the "Blue Warrants" I am aware of, are not from probation but from Parole and are arrest warrants for violation of Parole. You can not normally bail out of them, but will have to appear before the Parole Board to have the issue ruled on.
