    Heat Pump fan runs
Hey everyone, I have a heat pump and it seems that the blower runs constantly even when the set point has been reached. If you set the thermostat to 1° above the current temperature the fan shuts off. But if you leave it set at 75° it will maintain 75° but the fan will still run when the compressor shuts off. It also seems that once the set point has been reached, the compressor cuts on and off two times before the unit will turn back on and run correctly. Any help would be great. Thanks

By Blower.. do you mean the blower in the house... or the one on the outside unit?

Yes, the inside fan. The outside fan doesn't run during that time. The compressor will turn And run for about a minute then shutoff. Does that twice then the unit will turn on a run just fine.
