    Work
As I am a waitress, I carry heavy trays and plates etc. but ever since I have done this my wrist does nothing but the need to click it, and I know it's not very good for arthritis. Is this because of my work? Or it's just needs to click? As I'm capable of carrying the heavy plates, just not sure the damage its doing on my wrists.

    Thanks

Kezzy, you say "it's not very good for arthritis." Do you have arthritis?

"Clicking" joints does not cause arthritis. That's an old wives tail.

I doesn't help towards the cause of it though.

Any repetitive motion can be bad. Sitting all day and typing at a key board can be bad, Just standing all day can be.

So can things be bad, yes, so your choice is to find other work

Try wrist supports and see if you notice a change. You can have more clicking with arthritis, but it isn't the cause of arthritis, as J_9 stated.
