Power was shut off for an extended period now that it's back on there is no running water... what should I do?

How do you get water?
Are you on a municipal water system?
Are you on a well system?
Do you dip water out of the local creek?

On a well? Check your breaker. You don't need power for other sources, even the "dip in the creek!!"
