My Left cervical Lymphnode report is stains for afb- negative , can I know what it means, my docter is saying you have TB , but its negative in internet its showing A negative AFB smear means that no infection is present. What should I do now please help me

NOTHING can be determined from Internet information, but a smear and a culture must be done to show TB. If I were you, I would get a second opinion.

TB, now, is a common problem again.
